Jan J. Kevlik Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jan J. Kevlik of Derry, New Hampshire, who passed away on November 27, 2021 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jim Kevlik and Elaine Patenaude. He is survived by: his parents, John Kevlik and Mary Kevlik (Murphy); his friend Jeopardy; his children, Jan Kevlik, Jr., Yanna Peters of Nashua, NH, Leah Hall and Cayla Slaughter; and his sisters, Rosalie O'Connell and Lisa Preston. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
