He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley Picard (Marland); and his brother Robert Wells. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Wells (Burton) of Derry; his daughters, Dawn Fucile of Salem, NH, Kerri Guerin (Michael Guerin) of Quincy, MA and Dori Wells of Salem, NH.; his grandchildren, Gavin Fucile, Rhiannon Botelho, Declan Botelho and Jessica Botelho; his brothers, Ernie Wells, Norman Picard, Joseph Picard and Stephen Picard; his sisters-in-law, Robin Regal and Cheryl Lynch; his pet Quinn; and also, Cynthia Hugh (Wells), Jessica Haigler (Wells) and Laura Farino (Picard). He is also survived by many brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and many friends.
The military honors will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Peabody Funeral Home & Crematorium (15 Birch St, Derry, NH 03038). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Salem-Derry Elks (39 Shadow Lake Rd, Salem, NH 03079).
