She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dr. Walter Spear of Derry and Lena; her daughter Polly Tewksbury (Steve); her grandchildren, Steve Tewksbury (Christine) of Auburn, NH, Shawn Tewksbury (Stephanie) of Milford, NH, Stacy Fawcett (Greg) of Loudon, NH, Jonathan Wells of Portsmouth, NH and Gabe Wells of Denver, CO; her husband John; her son John; and her sister Dr. Pauline Spear of Claremont, NH. She was also cherished by eleven great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium (15 Birch St, Derry, NH 03038). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Thomas Aquinas Church (26 Crystal Ave, Derry, NH 03038).
