She is survived by: her husband Kenneth B. Pacunas; her son Kenneth M.; her daughter-in-law Deborah Pacunas; and her granddaughters, Kaylee Richter, Leah Parrott and Cassandra Pacunas.

The family asks in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Amedysis Hospice Foundation, 3854 American Way, Baton Rouge, LA for the wonderful job and help they provided to Sally and her family.
