He is survived by: his mother June Watkins (Hamel); his sisters, Trisha Fruhbeis (Mike) and Jennifer Berard (Mark); and his nieces and nephews, Ross, Jake Fruhbeis, Olivia Fruhbeis, Luke Berard and Sarah Berard. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Scott's memory.
