He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Chase and Doris Chase; his wife Janice I. Chase (Gray); his brothers, Stephen Chase and Wayne Chase; and his siblings-in-law, James Gray, Samuel Gray, Kenneth Lovell, Paul Sullivan, Albert Aubin, Mary Gray (Aubin), Nancy Sullivan (Gray) and Madelyn Gray.
He is survived by: his sons, Thomas F. Chase, Jr. (Karen) of Goffstown, NH and James S. Chase (Lisa) of Salem, NH; his grandsons, Luke Chase of Goffstown and Gavin Chase of Salem; his brother George Chase of Rumney, NH; and his sisters-in-law, Sally Lovell (Gray) and Cynthia Gray (Joyce). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Peabody Funeral Homes & Crematorium (15 Birch St, Derry, NH 03038).
