He is survived by: his wife Ellen Mulligan (Uicker); his daughter Bethany Blaine (Bryan); his grandchildren, Libby and Luke; his daughter Jill Mulligan (Steve O'Loughlin); his grandsons, Ethan and Bennett; his daughter Ryan Marshall (Brian); his grandchildren, Emmy and Avery; his siblings, Quentin Blaine (Marcia), Sandy Blaine (Dave Dawe), John Blaine (Laurel), Ed Blaine (Marta) and Mary Blaine Eichin; and his in-laws, Bill and Rosemary Uicker. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
