She was predeceased by: her parents, William Theil and Pauline Theil; her brother William Theil; and her sister-in-law Marge Theil. She is survived by: her husband John Willoe; her son Kevin (Janet); her nieces, Joann Waghorn and Denise Clarke; her nephew Raymond Theil; and her grandchildren, Grant, Lauren and Colin.
When she wasn't working, Dolores enjoyed being a longtime volunteer of the American Cancer Society and also an active member of Windcrest Estates.
