With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jeanne Richard McCann of Dover, New Hampshire, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 13, 2026 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert McCann; her parents, Lucia Richard and Maurice Richard; and her siblings, Donald Richard, Eddie Richard, Maurice Richard and Marlene Lavault.
She is survived by: her brother Joseph Richard; her cousin Trudy Grant of Somersworth; her sister-in-law Anna Swanson of Rye, NH.; her children, Jennifer Brown (Tommy) of Somers Connecticut, Michael McCann (Lyn) of Eliot Maine and Dennis McCann (Kim Gates) of Rochester, NH.; and her grandchildren, Tyler, Jack, Lindsay, Jordan, Hunter, Noah, Charlie, Michael, Tanner, Alexis, Sage and Kyle.
Although she had struggled with Alzheimer's and dementia throughout the last years of her life, her devotion to God and the Catholic Church along with her love for her family and friends gave her comfort throughout this challenging part of her life.
