He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Coulp and Phyllis Coulp (Moynihan); and his brother Michael "Mac" Coulp. He is survived by: his siblings, Candice Grimbilas (George) of Durham, Linda Coulp-Yu (Dennis Yu) of Hampton, John Coulp (Susan) of Hampton and Robert Coulp (Rocky) of Portsmouth; his friend Marga Coulp; his stepgrandchildren, Hunter, Jordan and Dylan; and his grandson Joe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and Joe's ex-wife.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Joe Coulp's name to the APA Emergency Relief & Scholarship Fund.
