He was predeceased by: his parents, Arch Pettit and Gloria Pettit. He is survived by: his wife Gail Pettit (Rupert); his sons, Steven Pettit (Domenica Spiteri) and Gerald Pettit (Jennifer Martel Pettit); his granddaughters, Jane (Josh), Lilia (Elena) and Maya; his stepgranddaughters, Devin and Madeline; his brother Robert Pettit (Mary Pettit) of North Augusta, SC; his stepsister Harriet Whiteman of Maplewood, NJ.; Daniel Pettit of Bridgeport, CT. and Niyah.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John's United Methodist Church (28 Cataract Ave, Dover, NH 03820). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
