She is survived by: her children, Steven Hoffman (Patricia) of East Brunswick, NJ, Dawn Zahn (Raymond) of Milton, NH and Matthew Hoffman (Danielle) of Dover, NH.; her grandchildren, Brian Burns, Kathleen Hoffman-Houk, Jennifer Hoffman, Ryan Hoffman, Emily Hoffman, Amy Hoffman, Caydence Snow, Amya Hoffman and Matthew Hoffman, Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Ayden Burns, Ryleigh Burn, Mayve Burns, Parker Whitham and Vivien Hoffman-Houk.
