He was predeceased by: his parents, Skeet Lewis and Mattie Ellen Lewis (Bell); his brother Joe Allen Lewis; and his daughter Melissa Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Barbara June Lewis (Norris) of Durham; his children, Mark D. Lewis (Teresa), Edward Christian Martens III, Jerry W. Lewis, II and Caskie Lewis-Clapper (Gerard); and his sisters, Janellen Zink and Cynthia Paul. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kent & Pelczar Funeral Home & Crematory (77 Exeter Rd, Newmarket, NH 03857).
