He is survived by: his wife Janet Mullen; his children, Alexandra Brill (Alex Cronheim) and Jameson Brill; his grandchildren, Ruth and Benjamin; his sisters-in-law, Susan Boucher (Frank) and Jane Sutphen (James); and his sisters, Bonnie Brill Dunn (Ronald Manning) and Patricia Nicholson-Foust (Chris Foust).
