He was predeceased by: his spouse Jean (Liddell); his parents, Frederick Cummings and Julia Cummings (Holland); his daughter Lindsey Cummings; and his sister Patricia Keough.
He is survived by: his daughter Robyn Cummings; his son-in-law Nickolas Smith of East Hampstead, NH; his brothers-in-law, Kenneth Liddell (Angela), Robert Liddell (Jill) and John Liddell (Joan); and his grandsons, Goose and Gator. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, many lifelong friends and his dog.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Tom's name to the Susan G Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
