He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Keith Eggers. He is survived by: his wife Patricia MacDonald (Holland); his son Daniel; his grandson Leo of Hampstead, NH.; and his sisters, Patricia (Phillip Chick), Rina (Jack Petit), Paula (Maurice Holland) and Deborah Eggers (Dolly Holland).
