He was predeceased by: his wife Cheryl A. Pushee Struckhoff (Carpenter); and his parents, Eugene C. Struckhoff II and R. Norma Struckhoff. He is survived by: his son Ian C. Struckhoff; his sister Laura Cline (Steve Cline); his stepsons, Scott Pushee (Sarah Pushee) and Eric Pushee; his grandchildren, Eleanor Pushee, Logan Pushee and Archer Pushee; and his sibling's children, Aaron Cline, Peter Cline and Whitney Cline Miller.
