He was predeceased by: his wife Sarah N Perkins (Hill); and his parents, George Perkins and Grace Perkins (Adams). He is survived by: his daughter Catherine; his son-in-law Joseph Del Tufo Jr.; his son Charles; his daughter-in-law Rachel Perkins; and his grandchildren, Alissa Shevlin (Del Tufo), Joseph Del Tufo III, Krystie Perkins and Jonathon Perkins. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
