He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip P. Kelly and Rosia M. "Rose" Kelly (Davis); and his daughter Colleen M. Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen A. Kelly (Lynch); his children, Caitlin Matte (Brenton) and Timothy Kelly; his grandchildren, Kellan and Brynn; his siblings, Kevin Kelly (Ann Marie), Alice Houlihan (James "Dinga"), Maureen Dagle (James) and Patricia Kelly; and his siblings-in-law, Janet, John O'Hara, Patricia, Michael McDermott and Thomas Lynch. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carr Funeral Home (220 Bunker Hill St, Charlestown, MA 02129). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (46 Myrtle St, Norfolk, MA 02056).
