It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theodore J. O'Brien of Epping, New Hampshire, born in Salem, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 10, 2024, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his siblings, Betty Ann Trainor, Deborah Simbalist and Sean Thibedeau. He is survived by : his wife Diane (Samolchuk); his children, Jennifer of Pembroke, NH and Adam of Epping; and his granddaughters, Aubrey, Katelyn and Shaye.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
