She is survived by: her daughter NJ; her husband Jeff; her daughters, Barbara Gene Cook (late Jeffrey Cook), Kathleen Kenahan and Colleen Butler (George); her grandchildren, Paul Cook, Christopher Cook, Matthew Cook, David Cook (Maria), Sean Kenahan, Kian Kenahan, Trevor Kenahan (Caitlin), Heather Butler and Kevin Butler; her stepgranddaughter Kaitlin Jones (Andy); her granddaughter Barbara; and her great grandchild Cam Cook.
