It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carole L. Gaynor of Exeter, New Hampshire, who passed away on November 12, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carole L. Gaynor to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lombardi and Rose Lombardi (Sferrazza); her husband John M. Gaynor; and her brother John Lombardi (Linda). She is survived by: her daughter Michele Whitehouse (Butch) of Brentwood, NH; her granddaughter Samantha Cole (Timothy); her great grandchild Jack of Exeter, NH; her grandson Tucker Whitehouse of Brentwood, NH.; her son John J. Gaynor (Danielle) of Epping, NH; her grandchildren, John Michael Gaynor of Epping, NH and Hannah Hamel (Kelly Duffy) of Epping, NH.; and her brother Dan Lombardi (Judy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Brewitt Funeral Home (14 Pine St, Exeter, NH 03833). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family invites you to honor Carole's memory with a donation to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, an organization close to her heart.
