Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Constance leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles S. Faulkner and Mary A. Faulkner. She is survived by: her children, James Czaplyski and Lauren Czaplyski; and her siblings, Charles S. Faulkner, Jr. (Chip) and Leigh F. Smith.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Stockbridge Funerl Home (141 Epping Rd, Exeter, NH 03833).
