It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Earl J. Whitaker of Exeter, New Hampshire, who passed away on October 24, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Whitaker and Yvonne Whitaker (LaManque); and his sisters, Barbara Artz (Raymond) and Gloria Joaquin (Tony). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen (Casey); his daughters, Christine Paccito and Kara Snapp (Daren); his grandchildren, Kristopher Garside, Skyla Pollard, Camden Rayder, Cory and Courtney Snapp; his great grandchildren, Connor and Aiden Garside; and his siblings, Patricia Liberty (Michael), Duane Whitaker and Paul Whitaker (Chris). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A wake was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Stockbridge Funeral Home (141 Epping Rd, Exeter, NH 03833). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Michael's Catholic Church (9 Lincoln St, Exeter, NH 03833).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Vincent de Paul, or that you honor Earl's memory by performing a simple act of kindness for someone in need—check on a neighbor, help carry someone's groceries, or offer warm socks and gloves to someone who is in need.
