He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Nickerson and Gertrude Nickerson (Gove); his wife Janice Nickerson; and his siblings, Herman Nickerson Jr., Leslie Nickerson, Winifred Estelle, Barbara Curtis and Bradlee Nickerson.
He is survived by: his children, Sandi Nickerson, Mike Nickerson (Barbara Rimkunas) and Jennifer Nickerson; and his siblings, Ernest Nickerson and Bernice Woodfin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
