He is survived by: his son Eric Blake (Liana) of Manchester; his grandson Carmelo; and his brothers, Roger N. Blake of Orlando, FL and Roderick W. Blake (Kathleen) of Dover, NH. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
