He was predeceased by: his parents, George Alfred Sweeney and Marion C McClean; and his sister Roberta Sweeney. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia A Lee; his children, Jodie Hyslop (Ned) and Mark Sweeney (Meghan); and his sisters, Marian Ganley (James) and Suzanne Sweeney (Fern Leslie). He is also survived by many sister and brother in-laws, cousins, nephews and nieces.
A funeral service was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Michael's Church (9 Lincoln St, Exeter, NH 03833).
