He was predeceased by: his mother Fern Elliott; his siblings, Josephine, Alice, Irl and John; and his parent Jesse Ray Elliott.
He is survived by: his wife Sandrea Elliott; his children, Jefferson Elliott and Cynthia Henry (Eric); his grandchildren, Nathaniel Henry and Samantha Henry (Brock Gandarillas); his sister Doris Elliott; and his siblings-in-law, Scott Spellazza (Brenda), Shirley Elliott and Margaret Spellazza. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, as well as numerous close friends.
Donations can be made to the VVA Vietnam Veterans Association, an organization Jesse supported during his life.
