He is survived by: his wife Gail Perkins (Huckins); his son Keith Perkins; his daughter-in-law Tracey; his grandchildren, Abbey and Ben of Goshen, NH; his daughter Andrea Benoit (Perkins); his son-in-law Luke; his grandchildren, Grady and Paige of Exeter, NH.; and his sisters, Linda White (Perkins) of Wasilla, AK, Melanie Dolive (Perkins) of Longview, TX and Charlotte Hilchey (Perkins) of Longview Texas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that any donations be made to CHaD, the Children's Hospital of Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center.
