She was predeceased by: her parents, Velma K. Coates and Harold A. Coates; her husband Edward; her daughter Karen Josephson Baker; and her brother Harold A. Coates, Jr..
She is survived by: her son Edward Andrew Josephson of Brentwood, NH; her granddaughter Monica Goodine of Bucksport, ME; her great grandchildren, Lexin, Chloe and Asher Goodine; and her sister Virginia C. Mynatt of Charlotte, NC. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Stockbridge Funeral Home (141 Epping Rd, Exeter, NH 03833). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery (110 Daniel Webster Hwy, Boscawen, NH 03303).
