It is with sadness that the passing of Mary L. Petit of Exeter, New Hampshire is shared. Mary, born on July 12, 1931, passed away on October 3, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas and Aileen Williams (Damsell); her husband Normand Petit Sr.; her son Normand Petit Jr.; and her sister Nancy Grimard.
She is survived by: her daughter Bethany Eaton (Jeffrey); her daughter-in-law Toni Petit (Sessler); her grandchildren, Jacob Eaton (Mackenzie), Thomas Petit and Erick Petit (Trish); her stepgranddaughters, Amy Srnec (John) and Sarah Mansfield; her great grandchildren, Elliot, Wesley, John, Ashley, Shayna, Hannah, Samantha, Alana, Daeja, Ocean and Maylee; and her great great grandchildren, Landon, Lillyana and Lennox.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Stockbridge Funeral Home (141 Epping Rd, Exeter, NH 03833). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude's Hospital, Shriner's Hospital or a church ministry of your choice.
