He was predeceased by: his wife Cynthia J. "Cindy" Lavoie (Gagnon). He is survived by: his children, Philip K. Lavoie Jr. (Laura) of Newmarket, NH and Gwen M. Rich (Ted Korontjis) of Peabody, MA; his sister Joyce Ralph (Will Ralph) of Epping; his grandchildren, Brittany Gilmore and Lance Lavoie; and his great grandchild Leila Lewis.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Stockbridge Funeral Home (141 Epping Rd, Exeter, NH 03833). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 6:00 PM at 28 Portsmouth Ave, Stratham, NH 03885.
