Shirley S. Hammon Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley S. Hammon (Exeter, New Hampshire), born in Westbrook, Maine, who passed away on April 16, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Spiller and Katherine Smith Spiller; and her sisters, Priscilla Hallett, Pauline Primis, Barbara Lawrence, Ruth Libby and Helen Moody.

She is survived by: her husband John Hammon of Exeter, NH; her children, Robert Hammon of Ossining, NY and Sally Donahoe (James Donahoe) of Mahopac, NY; and her grandchildren, Rebecca Donahoe and Eric Donahoe.

Because of the current pandemic, a memorial service is postponed at present.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the tax exempt RiverWoods Employee Appreciation Fund, 7 Riverwoods Dr., Exeter, NH 03833.
