He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Brown and Elizabeth Brown (Tomlinson). He is survived by: his wife Ann; and his children, Deborah (Paul), Walter Jr. (Sue), James (Erinne), Daniel, Patrick (Tammy), Matthew (MaryBeth), Nancy (Eugene) and Ronald (Amy). He is also survived by twenty five grandchildren, and twenty seven great grandchildren.
