He was predeceased by: his parents, William Souther Sr. and Rose Clough. He is survived by: his sons, Andrew (Haley Souther), Jeremy (Hayley Souther) and Nathan Souther; his brother Chuckie; and his pet Sarge. He is also survived by three grandchildren and many extended family members and friends.
