He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Hewitt (Haley) and Thomas B. K. Hewitt; and his sister Caroline Hewitt. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Hewitt (Lehecka); and his children, Thomas B. K. Hewitt III and Haley C. Hewitt.
