He is survived by: his wife Annie Payette (Locklear); his children, Karen Payette and Ralph Payette; his grandchildren, Jeanne, Josh, Joey, Lindsey, Mat, Elizabeth, Danielle and Dominique; and his cousins, Joyce and Barbara. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
