He is survived by: his daughter Alexandra; his son-in-law James Tierney of Waga; his grandchildren, Thomas and Chloe; his daughter Kate Weaver; his father Melvin Weaver; his siblings, Clinton Weaver, William Weaver, Ellen Weaver and JoAnn Grugan; and his siblings' children, Kate Cappella, Jimy Weaver, Patrick Weaver, Kelly Grugan, Jonathan LaPrade, Kyle Grugan, Jessica Enquist and Amanda Weaver. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
