She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Dinsmore and Marion Dinsmore (Erquhart); her husband Arthur L. O'Connell Jr.; and her sister Mary Brown. She is survived by: her children, Bonnie Jones (Alton), Arthur Sr. (Connie O'Connell) and Raymond (Heidi O'Connell); and her sister Mildred Preston. She is also survived by her six grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Jean's memory to the American Diabetes Association, an organization close to her heart.
