She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Kulacz; her son Gary Kulacz; and her parents, Sidney Martin and Regina Martin (Sylvester). She is survived by: her daughters, Janice Koblenzer, Kathryn MacKissock (Tom) and Marianne Kulacz. She is also survived by her 5 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
