It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Eugene Hoover Jr. of Franklin, New Hampshire, who passed away on October 11, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard E. Hoover and Ellen E. Vautier. He is survived by: his wife Grace Hoover; his children, Zachary Hoover (Jillian) and Emilee Landon (Matthew); and his grandchildren, Natalie, Zachary, Thomas, Brooklyn, Deklan and Rory.
