It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Eugene Hoover Jr. of Franklin, New Hampshire, who passed away on October 11, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard E. Hoover and Ellen E. Vautier. He is survived by: his wife Grace Hoover; his children, Zachary Hoover (Jillian) and Emilee Landon (Matthew); and his grandchildren, Natalie, Zachary, Thomas, Brooklyn, Deklan and Rory.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Thibault-Neun Funeral Home (143 Franklin St, Franklin, NH 03235-1733).
