It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Foster (Franklin, New Hampshire), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 19, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Frank Foster and Isbell Foster (McCelvaine); his wife Mary Foster (McCrae) of Northfield; and his children, Maria, Virginia Mastrogiovanni (Foster), Jason Gillan, Jay Foster, Penny Keller (Foster), John Foster and Dawn Gillan. He was also cherished by many grandchildren and a great grandson.
