He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sumner Prescott and Mildred Arlene Giles Prescott; his brother John H. Prescott; and his daughter Jennifer Prescott. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Prescott (Sylvester); his children, Angela Wescott Sawyers of Boston, Christina Prescott Watson (Sam) of South Carolina and William Prescott of South Carolina; his grandchildren, Riley Sawyers, Courtney Caddell, Caitlin Bond and Jerry D. Trammell, Jr.; his brothers, Robert Prescott and Bryan Prescott (Hollie); and his siblings-in-law, Dan Sylvester (Renee) and Tinya Rivard (Paul).
