She was predeceased by : her mother Pearl Holmes (Davis); and her former life partner George Gallison. She is survived by : her father Leon F. Holmes Sr. of Fremont; her children, Jason Gallison (Jessica) of New Hartford, NY and Heather Gallison of Kingston, NH; her grandchildren, Hudson, Delaney and Cassidy Gallison (James Storace) of New Hartford, NY; her son Justin Storace; her granddaughters, Bella and Harper Storace; and her brothers, Leon F. Holmes Jr. (Lori) of Fremont and Kevin Holmes (Sandy Boerner) of Fremont. She is also survived by aunts, uncles cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends.

Kelly received excellent care at the Exeter Hospital and the family would like you to consider a contribution to the Exeter Hospital Oncology Dept. in lieu of flowers.
