Kevin touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his sister Kelly Gallison; and the mother of his children Lisa Carpenter (Thomas). He is survived by: his partner Sandy Boerner; his son Andrew; his daughter-in-law Kelsey Holmes; his son Matthew; his daughter-in-law Amanda Holmes; his grandson Hunter Holmes; his stepson Jayce Young; his parent Leon Holmes Sr.; his close friend Mary Anderson; his brother Leon Holmes Jr.; his sister-in-law Lori Holmes; and his godson Kevin Bolduc. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews.
