Douglas will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Though Douglas is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Douglas’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Dade and Marian Dade (Winn); and his brother Jason Dade. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Dade and Cheryl Keenan; his granddaughters, Katharine Whitticom, Emma Keenan and Carolyn Keenan; and the mother of his children Brenda Dupuis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many good friends.
