He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas C. Franks Sr. and Ruth A. Holt Franks; his siblings, Ruby Franks Smith (Marcel), Norman P. Franks, William F. Franks, Sr. and Robert A. Franks, Sr. (Sylvia); his brother-in-law David Hedding; and his nephews, Justin Franks and Lawrence Blakely.
He is survived by: his wife Agavni Danabasian Franks (Ani) of Gilford, NH; his son Jack Franks (Lisa); his grandchildren, Ruslan, Anya and Avery of Walpole, NH; his daughter Julie MacDonnell (Peter); his grandchildren, Ian and Cameron of Reading, MA; his daughter Melanie Franks of Gilford, NH; his grandchildren, Jessica (Kevin) of Rochester, NH and Jacob of Round Rock, TX.; his sisters, Lucinda Franks, Linda Lamberton (Brian) and Edith Dunkling (Gary); and his siblings-in-law, Larry Blakely, Sr., Lois Franks and Linda Franks. He is also survived by cousins and many nieces and nephews.
