He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Maurice Phelps and Irene Phelps (Pratt); his wife Judith; his children, Wit, Dan (Angie), Amanda and Nathan (Monique); his grandchildren, Ashley, Lauren, Meaghan, Heaven, Christian, Treasure, Cameron, Olivia, Evelyn, Maddie and Will; his great grandchildren, Charlotte and Alice; and his siblings, Robert, Steve, Dorothy, Ruthanne, Joyce, Virginia and Peter. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to Cure Sanfillippo Foundation in honor of Will Phelps, Howard's youngest grandson, who was recently diagnosed with this disease.
