He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Southworth and Ann P. Southworth (Taylor); his daughter Erin Michelle Southworth; and his siblings, William Southworth Jr. and Janet Southworth.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Cott Southworth; his son Ryan Thomas Southworth (Joy Elizabeth Southworth); his grandchildren, Grace Michelle and Thomas Daniel Southworth; and his siblings, Gregory Southworth and Brenda Southworth.
