He was predeceased by: his father Richard Woolfort. He is survived by: his daughter Nina "Pumpkin" Woolfort; his mother Deborah Dickmann; his significant other Dru Couture; his sisters, Rebecca Perri and Sarah Jones; his brother-in-law Bryson Perri; his nieces and nephews, Tyshaun Rodriguez, Elijah Rodriguez, Alexander Perri, Mallory Perri and Cierra Jones; and his great-nephew EJ Rodriguez.
The family wishes to acknowledge with deep appreciation the many expressions of love, concern, and kindness shown to them during this hour of bereavement and asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to Nina's college fund ℅ her grandmother, Deborah Dickmann at P.O. Box 63 Glencliff, New Hampshire.
